What a muppet!

This is from wbdoyle.com:
"Aikido is one of the oldest and most widely-used martial arts forms in the world. It is being taught for centuries as a form of self-defense and protection. It is also a way for people to learn centeredness and balance in their lives."

The actual content is not original and is all over the net: "It is the pacifist nature of..."

I've seen that all over the place. If I do a search for aikido on a blog search engin, 70% of the returned sites will be something alongs those lines.

It's search engine optimization gone wrong, I think.

More likely a need to publish "helpful" content gone crazy.

It's one of 10,000+ articles, authors unknown, written to provide "fresh content" for websites, blogs, etc. That's why you're seeing it all over the 'net.

Uh, what's a "muppet"?

If its already out there why would you put it on your web site?
If you do put it on your website why don't you explain exactly what it is, something like "here is some random stuff I found on the net, i have no idea if it is correct or not, enjoy". This way there is less of an opportunity for misunderstanding.
